Crowning the students of Our Lady’s Upper School

The annual prize giving of the year 2022/2023 was held on the 24th of July in the Cinecitta Town Hall, Nuwara Eliya. Our chief guest who participated in the event was, the principal of Trinity College Kandy, Rev.Fr.Araliya Jayasundara. Rev.Fr.Araliya Jayasundara presented us with his valuable words about modern technology and the steps to gain knowledge. Children were made to think of paths could they follow to gain knowledge and improve thoughts and talents in them. His words made everyone think beyond in person. Also Fr.Araliya Jayasundara mentioned that the young children have to change into inspirational individuals and improve qualities needed to be inspiring and successful. With the path that was shown by our Rector, Fr.Shivantha Rodrigo, with the help of the committee, which consisted of teachers, parents and the fellow students, the program was successfully completed.
